My online journay towards success

Today is 12/27/2011 shortly after a great Christmas and a striking year to boot. I've been active online within google since I began my education in 1999. A lot has taken place. Since getting to the University level I've been engrossed with the internet and its access to information.

After reflecting on the convenience of the internet, I decided I'd like to supplement my income. Since October 15 ( the official date) I have set out to make earn cash on the side since I'm already so involved with the internet. I have setup a "money" site which is my reselling of Go Daddy webhosting and domains. It has been a real struggle and unprofitable but I know if I keep dedicated and persevere that one day I'll able to having that extra income I began to seek on October 15th, 2011. Every day I'm one step closer to that ultimate feeling of success and freedom found from making money online.

I've learned that you should set your sights on multiple streams of income sources during an online endeavor. I wonder, what has worked for you? What breaks threws did he/she have that lead to upward scaled success online? Do you have any pointers you can provide? I'll take all the help I can get. The stage I'm stuck at is the process of traffic generation. I've read that one needs to be patient and eventually the traffic will come. Once the traffic comes I'm ready to work on conversation rates and testing of different variables on my site until everything is optimized. I can't wait! It is so frustrating not being there. It is one of those times in which I wish I actually fast forward time.

One thing I did to pass is the time is I work on my small business. I'm still working on my website and it is looking good. I have about 15 pages of content and when finished plan on having a finished website about 200 pages in total with plenlty of room for expansion in the future.
